Construction
Step 1:
Connect two of the Technic Axle pins and the six Technic Pins with Friction to the Technic Brick 1×14 as shown below.
Step 2:
Attach the second Technic Brick 1×14, and then insert two more Technic Axle pins on the opposite end to match the photos.
